First, make sure you have received all the parts necessary for the install. Second, remove the warming rack, backburner cover and cooking grids. Third, attach the meat holder to both the main rotisserie rod and the opposite side rod. Fourth, center your meat and see how it rotates by holding both ends of the rotisserie rods and check to see if the heavy part of your meat rests downward. If your meat does not rotate evenly, you may need to add the counter balance weight to one side to achieve even rotation. Finally, attach the Rotisserie rod to the Rotisserie motor, plug in your motor and press the rocker switch. If you need to make any corrections to allow the rod to rotate evenly, use the counter balance weight to help.
Also, remember to place the drip trays on top of the cooking grids to allow for an easy clean up.
